Cloud Setup & Infrastructure
A cloud foundation you can build on for years: well-architected accounts, clean networks, governed identity, and costs you can explain line by line.
What We Architect
Account Architecture
Multi-account landing zones with organizational units, centralized logging, and clear environment separation — dev, staging, and production isolated by design.
VPC & Network Design
Subnet strategy, routing, NAT and egress control, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity via VPN or Direct Connect — documented as diagrams and code.
IAM Governance
Least-privilege roles, SSO federation, permission boundaries, and access reviews — so the right people reach the right resources, and nobody else does.
Cost-Optimized Provisioning
Right-sized instances, savings plans and committed-use coverage, autoscaling policies, and budget alerts that catch drift before finance does.
Data Layer Setup
Managed databases, caching tiers, backup and retention policies, and cross-region replicas configured for your recovery point and time objectives.
Everything as Code
The entire estate is expressed in Terraform with remote state and peer review — rebuild any environment from a clean checkout, every time.
What You Get
A cloud setup engagement ends with a working estate and everything your team needs to own it — not a slide deck and a handshake.
- Production, staging, and development environments provisioned and verified
- Complete Terraform codebase with modules, remote state, and README runbooks
- IAM roles, SSO integration, and an access-control matrix your auditors will accept
- Network diagrams and architecture decision records for every non-obvious choice
- Cost baseline report with savings recommendations and budget alerts configured
- Knowledge-transfer sessions recorded for your engineering team
Four Steps to Clear Skies
Assess
We audit your current state — workloads, data gravity, compliance needs, and team skills.
Architect
You review a concrete target design: accounts, network, identity, and cost model.
Provision
Infrastructure ships as reviewed Terraform, applied environment by environment.
Harden
Security guardrails, backups, and alerting go live before your first workload does.
Cloud Setup FAQ
AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud — including multi-cloud and hybrid designs. We are vendor-agnostic: the architecture follows your workloads and constraints, not a reseller agreement.
A startup landing zone is usually production-ready in two to three weeks. Larger estates with hybrid connectivity or compliance requirements typically run four to eight weeks, with usable environments landing incrementally.
Yes — completely. All Terraform, Ansible, and pipeline code lives in your repositories from the first commit. There is no lock-in: any competent engineer can pick up the codebase and run with it.
That is a large share of our work. We import existing resources into IaC, document what we find, and remediate in prioritized phases — without taking your production offline.
Tagging and budgets are enforced in code, right-sizing is part of provisioning, and we configure anomaly alerts on spend. Most clients see a measurable bill reduction within the first billing cycle after handover.
