DevOps Engineering & Automation
Pipelines that turn commits into production safely, clusters that heal themselves, and dashboards that tell the truth — engineered as one system.
What We Automate
CI/CD Pipelines
Build, test, scan, and deploy stages on GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins — with caching and parallelism tuned so feedback lands in minutes, not hours.
GitOps Workflows
Argo CD or Flux reconcile cluster state from Git, making every change auditable, reversible, and free of manual kubectl sessions in production.
Automated Testing Gates
Unit, integration, contract, and smoke tests wired into the pipeline with quality gates — broken builds never reach a deploy stage.
Container Orchestration
Kubernetes clusters with autoscaling, pod disruption budgets, network policy, and image provenance — operated, patched, and upgraded for you.
Infrastructure as Code
Terraform modules and Ansible roles with policy-as-code checks, so infrastructure changes flow through the same review pipeline as application code.
Observability
Prometheus metrics, Loki or CloudWatch logs, and OpenTelemetry traces — unified in Grafana dashboards with SLO-based alerting that pages only when it matters.
What Changes for Your Team
Faster Releases
Deploy frequency moves from monthly ceremonies to daily routine. Small, tested changes ship behind feature flags with instant rollback.
Fewer Failures
Change failure rate drops as automated gates catch regressions early, and blue/green or canary strategies contain whatever slips through.
Full Visibility
Every deploy, alert, and dollar is traceable. Dashboards answer "what changed?" before the incident call even starts.
Engineers Unblocked
Self-service environments and paved-road pipelines mean developers stop waiting on tickets and start shipping.
Faster Recovery
Mean time to recovery collapses when rollbacks are one click and runbooks are tested, not theoretical.
Audit-Ready Change Control
Git history becomes your change log: who changed what, when, and why — evidence auditors accept without a meeting.
DevOps FAQ
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CircleCI. We recommend the platform that fits your existing source control and team habits rather than forcing a migration.
Yes. We build the automated path alongside your current process, prove it in staging, then cut over during a low-traffic window. Production keeps serving traffic the entire time.
No. We automate delivery for VMs, container services like ECS or Cloud Run, and serverless stacks too. Where Kubernetes adds real value we will say so — and where it does not, we will say that too.
Secrets live in a dedicated manager — AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, or HashiCorp Vault — injected at runtime via short-lived OIDC credentials. Nothing sensitive is ever stored in pipeline variables or repositories.
That is the default. Every engagement includes paired working sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and runbooks. We stay available on-call afterward, but the goal is a team that does not need us for routine operations.
Ship faster, sleep better.
Send us your current release process — we will show you exactly where the friction lives.
